Designed by Jared Subawon, the Anta KAI 1 Fleur De Alis is the inaugural silhouette of Kyrie Irving’s collaboration with Anta. Air mesh with no-sew overlays fits the upper, held in place by a midfoot support strap. A nitrogen foam midsole incorporates molded TPU on the sidewall, while a carbon fiber upper provides torsional stiffness. A tab on the heel provides easy access on and off. The Irving emblem logo lands on the tongue.
- NITROEDGE Lightweight foam made of EVA or TPU (depending on the model) using nitrogen foam instead of traditional chemical methods, provides effective cushioning and a high level of energy return (rebound). Nitrogen has a low chemical activity, so it does not interact with the foam (unlike chemical reagents), which gives the foam high wear resistance and durability. The energy recovery rate is 82-84%.
- 3D Hug Stability System: The upper part of the shoe uses mesh materials that adapt to the foot, with a stabilization system that provides a tight fit and support for lateral movements important for quick basketball maneuvers.
- A-WEB: the upper material is made with this technology, which offers breathability, lightness and durability.
