Fitness Trainers to Follow on Instagram

Miss working out at the gym? Clueless without your trainer? Don’t despair, shedding your quarantine pounds is made easier by following these trainers on Instagram. The best part is, you no longer have to endure Metro Manila traffic just to make it in time for your workout. Just roll out of bed, put on your shoes and in about 30 minutes or so, you can go back to binge watching your favorite shows on Netflix.

Charlee Atkins is a New York based fitness trainer and former SoulCycle master instructor. Her feed is filled with sets of exercises to try at home or view her IgTV for 30-minute workouts you can do along with her. If that’s not enough, she recently launched her Le Sweat TV app where you can find even more workout videos to do on-demand.

Jeanette Jenkins is a trainer, health coach and founder of The Hollywood Trainer Club. She has decades of coaching experience and has trained celebrities such as Pink, Alicia Keys and Kelly Rowland to name a few. She regularly posts exercise sequences on her feed that you can do virtually anywhere, no equipment necessary.

She features a range of workouts from follow along HIIT and cardio workouts to pilates and yoga flow videos. On top of this, she also posts warm-up and stretching videos to round out your workout routine.

Check out his page for bodyweight workouts, dumbbell, kettlebell and bar workouts as well as workouts featuring household items like a broom and bags of groceries.
