This unit is designed with easy to assemble and easy to disassemble features. One can assemble the equipment in 1 minute and disassemble it in 1 minute. Its disassembled size is very compact that you can store it without take it much space.

You can perform many functional exercise with the Questor Compact Multi Gym. Some basic exercise that you can perform are the following:

The unit come with resistance bands where in you can attach to the unit and perform different kinds of resistance workout targeting different muscle groups.
